Know your neighbour ? As discussed in crime prevention strategy part 1 of my platform ... Know your neighbour ...How about NOT! This only works if your neighbours are sober ..or not strung out on dope. I call for this mans resignation if this is all he has. In light of the gun shots fired, know your neighbour proves it is failed and flawed strategy!
